What is Alma and why are you using it?
Alma is a secure, HIPAA-compliant scheduling and billing platform built specifically for therapists. It keeps your information private and handles insurance claims and billing on the backend — so you don't have to.
What if I just want to ask a quick question first?
You're welcome to email before booking at info@jillwisemanlpcs.com. The free consultation is also a great place to ask questions.
Do I need to create an account to book a consultation?
No. For the free 15-minute call, Alma only asks for basic contact info to confirm your appointment. No account or login required.
How do I know if my insurance is accepted?
Jill is in-network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Cigna. When you go to the Alma page to book your consult call, you can also check your insurance estimated cost.
